Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Spot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Spot for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

User Accounts

To use certain features of Spot, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on Spot. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Contains false or misleading information
• Is spam, abusive, or harassing
• Contains viruses or malicious code

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Spot:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit any harmful or malicious code
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To collect or store personal data about other users
• To interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

Subscription Terms

Spot Pro is available as a subscription service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes with 30 days notice

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The information on Spot is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the App and its use.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Spot, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
